These exhaustive rules are made to ensure fair play and a smooth experience for all participants in Justice Poker tournaments. These are the rules that dictate different things, including when a tournament should start and what is won.
Late registration is an option available in all tournaments, allowing players to join after the start time, as long as the late registration period remains open. The length of such a period is different per tournament. For example, you have a tournament with a registration window of 60 minutes, and the tournament begins at 01:00 pm and will be closed at 02:00 pm.
Any newly issued tournament and satellite tickets will also have a validity of 15 days upon the date of issue; In case of no use, they will expire automatically.
Justice Poker is committed to providing a secure and fair gaming environment. Any unethical practices, including chip dumping (intentional loss of a hand) or soft-playing (playing less aggressively against another player with the intent to share profits), are strictly forbidden. The compliance team regularly reviews gameplay to detect violations and takes stringent action against offenders.
Players are encouraged to engage in healthy and game-related conversations during gameplay. However, certain types of chat are prohibited, such as abuse, requesting chips, spamming, flooding, commercial activity, hand discussion leading to collusion, and phishing. Issues with malicious chat can be reported via the "report issue".
In cases where disconnection occurs due to a player's poor internet connection, the player is not eligible for a refund of the entry fee. During such disconnections, blinds will continue to be deducted until the player's chip stack is insufficient, leading to automatic elimination from the tournament.
However, if a technical glitch occurs on the platform's end during a tournament, players are entitled to a reimbursement of their buy-ins. In re-entry/re-buy tournaments, players will receive a refund for both their buy-ins and any re-entry/re-buy amounts. If the technical issue arises after the tournament has reached the "In the Money" stage, players will receive a share of the prize pool proportionate to their chip ratio at the time of the disconnection.
A player's wallet balance on the platform comprises two components: Withdrawable Amount and Locked Deposit. If a player uses Locked Deposit or Bonus (Instant Bonus/Tournament Bonus) for a tournament buy-in and subsequently wins the tournament, an equivalent amount of the Locked Deposit and Bonus used for the buy-in(s) will be transferred from their real winnings to their Locked Deposit. Locked Bonus amounts will be released to the Withdrawable amount based on the rake/PGPs generated during gameplay.
